The theme of Pret-a-Portea is inspired by the colours and styles of the fashion world and the menu adapts every 6 months to suit a new season... Amazing! As well as the scrummy sandwiches and delicious desserts, the variety of speciality teas and the customised Paul Smith fine-bone china that it was all served in - the 5* star service was faultless (yes please I would like another glass of Laurent Perrier) and made our day just that little bit more special.
Choosing a favourite fancy from the menu which is aptly titled 'A Fashionista's Afternoon Tea' is not difficult... The Miu Miu vanilla bikini biscuit was so yummy, when we were handed our goody bags upon leaving I was very happy to see that I'd get to take more of them home with me... Needless to say I ate it before we even got on the train.
I can't rave enough about Pret-a-Portea (which basically symbolises my 2 favourite things: fashion and food) so you'll all just have to book in (way in advance) and taste the Chloe praline clutch and Marc Jacobs raspberry and lychee cream jumpsuit to see how lovely it all really is! xoxo
