•If I could sum my style in one swift description, I'd probably stuff the words and point to the picture below...

Black Drape Tux Blazer @ Miss Selfridge £45
Starboard Sailor Tee by Wildfox @ boutique1.com £58
Skinny Boyfriend Jeans @ H&M £29.99
Chronography Sport Watch by Michael Kors @ Harvey Nichols £200
Game High Pointed Courts @ Topshop £48
Quilted Leather Chain Bag by Versace @ net-a-porter.com £985
Long Bug Necklace by Unique @ Topshop £18.50
I heart separates, live in relaxed denim and tee shirts and my fail safe go-to piece is a tailored to fit blazer I've owned for years. Ultimately, somewhere under the girlyness and the love for frills and glitter, there lies a tomboy.

These skinny boyfriend jeans by H&M have been on my agenda for a few weeks now, I love the shape and the rolled up cuffs make perfect way for a simple pair of pointed courts with a high heel ~ My perfect idea of a simple, comfy but fresh day to night time look. This pair are more than capable of being dressed down (think chunky cardigans and ballet pumps) as well as up but if you're looking for a super polished look just keep everything else fitted, be it a blouse, vest, tux or leather jacket, and add lots of big, bright jewellery, a watch and a statement clutch. The possibilities are endless, not bad for £30!

I'm also obsessing over the Versace quilted leather chain bag which is WAY out of my league and WAY expensive but so so gorgeous. Must find a copy asap!xoxo

•One of my favourite trends of SS12 is double florals ~ Preferably of the clashing, mis-matched, brash kind. I've always worn my florals on blouses with skinny jeans, on dresses matched with jackets and blazers and occasionally on skirts with simple tees (very aware that my bottom is round enough without a bright, complicated print to enhance it so I'll stick to flippy and lantern shapes opposed to minis!) until I saw bold botanical prints appearing on catwalks like Ashish and Christopher Kane. I'm practically in love.

Whether it's cute pastel flowers in ditsy prints, oversized petals in rich colours, vibrant Miami-esque shirts tied at the waist or muted porcelain prints on jeans ~ There is only one rule: clash! Clothes, fashion and dressing up, it's all meant to be fun. There's no right or wrong here, you really can throw it all together and go but obviously nobody digs the eccentric old lady look. If you're not sure on where to start, here are a few my favourite looks xoxo

Black Floral Slit Back Top @ River Island £10
Cream Floral Lace Sequin Skirt @ River Island £60

Rebecka Trousers @ Monki - 35 EUR
Drape Front Long Sleeve Top @ Topshop - £36
Pieces Flica Cocktail Ring @ ASOS - £9
Hamilton Tote in Vanilla by @ Michael Kors $328
•Oh lawd. I've been waiting patiently for this yummy peachy orange shade to make it's debut on a pair of high street jeans for some time now, and this pair from Monki (blogged about them on a previous Wishlist Wednesday here) is just what I've been looking for. Summery, light, fun and most importantly versatile, I can't wait to team them with everything from minty flowing blouses to boyish grey marl tees and bright blue tailored denim shirts. I'm also digging this pretty Pieces Flica stone cocktail ring from ASOS which mushes my three fave colours of the moment together and is feeding my current obsession with finger bling (though :( it's currently sold out) so I'm on the hunt for an alternative!
Happy Wednesday everyone, what's on your wishlists this week?!xo

•I'm a total sucker for a pretty pair of heels but have recently found myself favouring my ballet pumps/loafers/slippers with dresses/skirts/skinnies - That is until an email from Look Magazine (also a total sucker for shop and magazine subscriptions, naturally) dropped in to my inbox titled '50 Best Spring Shoes Under £100'. Cue deep breaths.
Anyone that reads girlseeskfashion regularly knows I'm pretty impatient with the weather/shopping/life, and I'm that girl who would roll in to work in mid March with bare legs to show off a new dress because the sun was out whilst holding back the shivers. Fashion clearly makes me lose perspective and control but in an attempt to not cave, I've chosen 4 out of 50 pairs of heels which I'm obsesseeee I'm about and know will work with my wardrobe come rain or shine. At a push I think I could probably even choose a favourite, the cobalt blue Rafia Platforms by Topshop, I think this is what rational thinking feels like! Check out the list by clicking here, which pair are your favourites?!

Office Multi Leather Platforms £75
Topshop Rafia Platforms £65
Mango Snakeskin Sole Platforms £74.99
Topshop Sport Panel Platforms £65

•After a week of tanning myself in the glorious 30c Egyptian sunshine I've come back to a springy London with a mind fully focused on the summer. Where to go, who to see, what to wear and of course all the lovely bits I could fill my Wishlist Wednesday's with. I was a little too excited to walk in to Topshop yesterday and see a variation of dresses from peplum to prom, all in white, the perfect colour to show a tan off in.
I tried on a few pieces but nothing looked quite as nice as the pocket shift below and matched with my flat tan loafers and an oversized bag, I think it'll be a day to night outfit I come to live in. I love the boyish tux shape on this shift, it's a little longer on me than it looks in the picture too so there's a really relaxed, day time LA cool element to it. If I'm wearing it to work and know I'll have an event in the evening it'll be a simple case of slinging a pair of heels, a bright necklace and a bold clutch in my bag. A dress this cute can do the talking all by itself. Now somebody fast forward me to payday so I can get my hands on it before the tan fades!xoxo

Pocket Shift Dress @ Topshop £40
Ankle Strap Wedge @ Zara £49.99
Suzette Clutch by Whistles @ ASOS £135

•I've been getting snap happy these past 7 days as I'd wanted to do a 'week in pictures' feature for ages and just kept forgetting and remembering on a Wednesday, definitely the most uninspiring day of the week! Taking these pictures has taught me 2 things:
1) My everyday life, in a nutshell, is YAWN and 2) an iPhone really is no replacement for a camera. I've been dreaming about the new candyfloss pink Nikon and keep convincing myself that paying £500 for a camera because its cute is probably not OK and I really can't justify it as I'm a total amateur! But I have used the Canon EOS 600D before and do really think that a proper camera opens up your eyes to so much more so it totally would be worth the money. Having said that, I really enjoyed taking some of these this week and have since visited http://www.iphoneography.com/ where some of the pics 'taken through the lens of an iPhone' are amazing! Really reflects the saying that if you have the skill the tools don't matter < HA, or something like that anyway.

Oooh and also, the Wishlist Wednesday just gone was my 100th blog post. Seriously surprised at how much one girl can babble without getting bored!!! I'm jetting off to the sunshine for a week as of Sunday so it may be a little quiet on the page, but I'll be back with lots more to tell I'm sure :) Thank you all for reading xoxo
